Ockert Botha, Regional Manager

I started my career in Human Resources in 1989 and specialised in Industrial Relations for approximately 8 years. Having had a passion for Human Resources systems, I moved to the Human Resources information Systems department at Rand Water and then on to do general Human Resources consulting before joining the CRS Gauteng team in 2008. I completed my B Com degree, majoring in Industrial Psychology, Economics and Business Economics at the then RAU. I am an avid gardener, hiker, and reader (up to 5 books at a time!!) and enjoy the outdoors in general.


Warren Barley, Project Manager

I studied Travel and Tourism at Wits Technicon but soon realized my true calling and went on to study at UNISA and attained a Certificate in Project Management. I have travelled extensively and lived in Switzerland and the UK, where I have learnt much of what I know today. I joined CRS 2 years ago as Project Manager, where I take charge of implementations. I am very passionate about horses and competed in show jumping for many years.


Michael Zylstra, Relationship Manager

I joined CRS Technologies on 01 March 2008, after enjoying a varied and diverse background with experience in both the public and private sectors. I am a proud member of the CRS team and have brought along regional, national and international managerial, training and project experience, as well as exposure to a wide range of applications.


Marshall Hanekom, Consultant

I came in contact with CRS about 18 years ago while working in the IT Department for Vleissentraal, where I first implemented and then worked on the then CRS AS400 system. I joined CRS 8 years later, where for the past 10 years, have been handling conversions, support and new implementations. I am an avid Lions supporter and believe that they will be the Curry Cup champs in the near future!


Alida Leigh, Consultant

I started at CRS in September 1999 and currently hold the position of Senior Client Consultant, responsible for client support and implementations. Prior to CRS, I spent 16 years at SAB Miller, where I worked on CRS in the Payroll and Remuneration benefit departments. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, painting, entertaining and the exhilaration of a quad bike ride.


Deryn Venski, Consultant

I joined CRS 2 years ago, offering more than 17 years experience in the HR, IR and Payroll industry, where I previously headed both Payroll and Time and Attendance consulting teams. I enjoy training and have facilitated Payroll, Pastel, Bookkeeping and Management Courses at various educational institutions. I have a large family (including 3 children and 4 step children) and enjoy sport. I am a qualified cricket coach and umpire and am also learning Wudung Wushu (Kung Fu) and Tia Ji.


Naomi Kruger, Consultant

I am a Junior Consultant at CRS and have been with the company since March 2009. I have been studying for the last three years at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU) and obtained my degree in B Comm. Industrial Psychology and HR Management in 2009. I also did a course in Ballroom and Latin dancing which I completed in 2005. I love interacting with people and have a whole range of hobbies, stretching from painting and sketching to PC and console gaming. I see myself as a very passionate and dedicated person and will never pass up a new opportunity to learn


Madrilene Stols, Consultant

I completed my Honors Degree in Industrial Psychology in 2008 and thereafter joined the CRS Team as a Trainee at the beginning of 2009. I enjoy the experience of being in the working world, developing life skills and growing constantly as a person. I am passionate about working with people and building relationships. Breaking away from my career, I love spending time with friends and my miniature Yorkshire terrier, Malika.


Chris Naidoo, Payroll Consultant

I joined CRS on 1 November 2009 as a Consultant. My working life started at FNB in the Free State as an Investment Consultant and then moved to Premier Growth Group in Hillcrest where I headed the Sales Division at their outgoing Call Centre. I then moved to Pastel Payroll as a PCI before joining CRS. Currently I am completing my BCom Degree in Marketing and HR through UNISA. I have a lot of hobbies like reading, music and puzzles but my passion is Action Cricket and supporting Manchester United. I am recently married and at the moment life is total bliss for me.


Vicky Holtzhausen, Trainee Consultant

I started as a trainee consultant at CRS in March 2010. I grew up and matriculated in Secunda at Oosterland High in 2008 and in 2009 I moved to Johannesburg where I now enjoy my working experience. As a trainee I’ve learned a lot over the past 3 months at CRS and look forward to learning more every day. I enjoy playing hockey and tennis in my spare time and watch all types of sport. I’m a proud supporter of the Blue Bulls and tennis champion, Roger Federer.


Chaitan Gagjee, Trainee Consultant

I studied Human Resources Management at Tshwane University of Technology in Pretoria, Studying at UNISA through correspondence to complete my diploma at the moment. I have five years full time and part time sales experience in the Cell Phone Industry. I joined CRS in March 2010 as a payroll trainee consultant. I am an outgoing person, enjoy good food and trying new things. I am passionate about sports, enjoy playing and watching Soccer and Cricket – Big Manchester United Fan.


Eben van der Westhuizen, Consultant

My career started at Pastel Payroll, were I worked as a Payroll consultant for +- 3years . I enjoy working with people and assisting them to solve their queries. I am passionate about IT and am currently completing courses in IT and B-Com Entrepreneurs. I enjoy sport and play touch rugby and action cricket.
